Many bakeries have used a specific style and size of tin for years and when it’s time to expand production or replace worn tins find that their favorite tins are no longer available NZ anymore.
We at DISSCO can and do make replacement tins that match metal thickness and size including tapered angles for stacking and storage.
These are made from cold roll steel commonly called black iron because once seasoned they go black and develop a pretty good nonstick finish that doesn’t wear off like non-stick coatings.
